Once a year the annual academic awards for the film industry known as the OSCAR is presented in America with spectacular display of glamour, talent and technology. Apart from the hoopla, there can be found something for everybody, including every taste, every age, every culture and ethnicity and even special interests, with this being my excuse for watching it with clear conscience and justifiable cause in the face of my disapproval of the overly commercialized content of the program. On this occasion it was one of my favorite composers who provided the conduit but I am sure I will find something or some one else every time.
